DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT

LUK-LUK PRODUCTIONS FILM TV & MEDIA (LLP) are committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We have a robust and effective data protection program in place which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles. We recognise our obligations in this program to meet the demands of the GDPR and the UK’s Data Protection Bill. LLP are dedicated to safeguarding the personal information under our remit and in developing a data protection regime that is effective, fit for purpose and demonstrates an understanding of, and appreciation for the Regulation. Our preparation and objectives for GDPR compliance have been summarised in this statement.

 

• The use of information is necessary for a relevant purpose and that it is not kept longer than necessary.

• The information is secure.

• Files, kept in a secure cabinet.

Where information is disposed of, LLP should ensure that it is destroyed.

• Do not take any personal information away from LLP's premises without prior consent.

• If an employee is in any doubt about what about what they may or may not do with personal information, they should seek advice from the producer.

• Loss of Data. LLP takes the privacy and security of individuals and their personal information very seriously and take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure the personal data that we process. Restricted access to files and folders, with a view of all personal data is accessed on a ‘need to know’ basis.

• Security marking of such previously mentioned data.

• However, should there be any incident occur where there is loss or potential loss of personal or special personal data, it should be reported to the producer.
